Are your products authentic?

Yes — all items sold on Flokered are 100% authentic and sourced from verified European suppliers. We do not sell replicas or counterfeit goods.

 Are all products new?

No. Our catalog includes both new designer items and pre-owned (preloved) pieces. Each pre-owned product is carefully inspected, authenticated, and clearly marked in its description. Any signs of prior use will be noted.

 Where do you ship?

We ship worldwide. Shipping is fast and tracked, with express and standard options available.

 How long does delivery take?

Express Shipping: 2–6 business days
Standard Shipping: 7–15 business days
Delivery time may vary depending on your location and customs processing.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, and Klarna. All payments are processed securely, and prices include VAT where applicable.

 Can I return my order?

Yes, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned with all tags and packaging. Pre-owned items must be returned in the same condition as received.

 Do I have to pay for return shipping?

Yes. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We do not provide prepaid return labels.

 When will I receive my refund?

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are issued to your original payment method within a few business days.

 Will I be charged customs duties?

Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to import duties or taxes. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.
